Hubspot (hosted in the EU): used to manage contact details and communication.

Google Workspace (hosted in the EU): used for email and document storage, and calendar and invite management.

Microsoft OneNote: used for coaching session notes, which are anonymised using a coded system and password protected. These notes do not contain identifiable personal data and are therefore not classified as personal data under the GDPR, however this information is provided here for complete transparency and clarity.
- Zoom (hosted in the EU): used for online video calls for coaching sessions. Coaching sessions are not recorded or transcribed unless you have given your explicit consent in writing or verbally within the recording itself.
- WhatsApp: for communicating with prospective and actual clients. Only used to communicate with people who are already on WhatsApp, and as content of conversations is encrypted no personal data not already held by WhatsApp (Meta) is transferred.
Access to all systems is restricted, encrypted, and password-protected.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including any legal or regulatory obligations. Typically, this means we keep your contact data for up to 6 years after the end of our working relationship unless you request otherwise.
