## A short history...

My professional coaching journey started in 2009, having trained and qualified as a coach in Canada in 2008.

I have had diverse cross sector roles and experience which includes:

- 15 years coaching, training and consultancy
- 10 years in Senior Management
- 5 years in EdTech SaaS
- 5 years building a successful cross-sector B2B workplace wellbeing training service with national profile
- starting and scaling multiple businesses and teams.

I'm a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
