I created and led one of the country's biggest and most successful mental health training teams, on behalf of one of the country's biggest mental health charities (Rethink Mental Illness).

 

Over 5 years my team and I trained over **60,000 people** in the UK in mental health in the workplace topics.

 

I am now offering training workshops personally, which boil down the most crucial elements of positive practice into short digestible sections.

 

I believe we are at a point in time where we need to go **beyond Mental Health First Aid**, and also **beyond Mental Health Awareness**.

We now need to be focusing on **practical changes in culture and practice in organisations**, on a personal level and also as teams and organisations.
